I have had a very positive experience wagering legally on horse racing via AmWager since I signed up this past August 2025. It is a straightforward and functional wagering platform with video and sound available. I am especially impressed and have enjoyed the site's "Zero takeout" promotion, with more liberal rules and higher limits than similar promos on other sites. Full disclosure that I've been offered a small wagering credit to post this publicly (weary of such online activity monitoring), but I have recommended and would recommend AmWager privately and/or via word of mouth without the incentive. Cheers to fast horses and big mutuals!
On the Positive side, the customer service is 2nd to none. Everytime I had an issue, they were either there to answer my call or respond to my email very quickly. The site is fairly easy to navigate compared to others.

Nice site but missing a couple of tracks I’d like to wager on. Good wager rewards. I’m still trying to figure out on to put PP’s full screen on my iPad.
Amwager responded quickly and intelligently on any questions I’ve had. They also answer live phone calls immediately opposed to other websites with “canned “ answers on their chat line.
