Eligibility
This promotion is open to all AmWager.com account holders in good standing.
Promotion Period
The promotion will run from January 4, 2024, at 00:00 AM (GMT) until further notice.
Promotion Details
During the promotion period, eligible participants will qualify for a refund on the purchase of a single data product for every $10 wagered at the respective track. The refund will be provided in the form of credit towards future wagers.
How to Qualify
There is no opt-in required. Participants automatically qualify for the promotion by placing qualifying bet(s) of at least $10 on a track and purchasing a related data product during the same race day.
Refund Process
The refund will be credited to the participant’s AmWager account within 48 hours after the conclusion of the race day. The refund cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
General Conditions
Participants must comply with all AmWager terms and conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. AmWager reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
Amendments and Termination
AmWager reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason, without notice. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with certain VIP rewards. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our general terms and conditions.
